The E1200 cannot be configured as wireless bridge! The bridge mode you can configure is for wired bridging. It bridges the WAN and LAN ports. That's it. The E1200 won't operate as wireless bridge. H Nov 19, 2013 · It includes disabling the DHCP and manually setting up an IP for the E1200 (which is going to be the secondary router). Setting the router to Bridge Mode automatically disables router functions and sets the router as a plain switch/wireless access point. For me, I will configure it using the Bridge Mode method. With the Linksys E1200, you can restore the factory settings with the installed software. Log in to the user interface of the router with your access data and execute the steps that are described in the user handbook. After you have successfully executed the steps mentioned above, the configuration of the router will be reset to factory settings.
